What's the point if it's not the original cast and continuity? They already have a Transformers cartoon every year anyway.

I'd rather see a new GI Joe series. Heck, just adapt the Larry Hama comics (though you'd have to update certain things).

I have a sneaking suspicion that this is going to be the Transformers equivalent to Powerpuff Girls 2016. Hopefully they'll at least let some of the writers of the old show be consultants on this show at least.

The only reason to see this return would be nostalgia, and without the original voice cast, you don't have that.
