I hope this doesn't mean the horrible service of Popeyes doesn't infect Burger King in my area. Our local Popeyes has had horrible customer service since I moved here in 2007. Every time you go,going in to eat or drive thru, you better check your order before leaving. More than half the time at least one side will be missing, another will be wrong. And if you have to get spicy and regular chicken usually you get nothing but spicy. But cause it is the only place in town for decent chicken people put up with how bad it is. I quit going for 5 years. Went back and gave them another chance. Went inside to get an to go order and asked them to please put the non-spicy in a separate box. Get my order all the sides are there, all are right, get two boxes, right amount of chicken. Get home it is all spicy. Call and complain like I do every time the order is wrong. Get told they will fix it,remind them it is a 20 minute drive for me. So they write down my name and next time I go I get it for free. But still horrible service since fall of 2007. I doubt one will affect the other since I imagine they're not going to change who owns the franchises.

I herd about this elsewhere online and Popeye's fans are pissssed. Hey Canadians friends, did Tim Horton's get better or worse since Burger King bought it?
