And that's only like the third craziest kill from that film.

Lets up the awesome cheeseness to artery exploding levels If only exploding was the worst thing to happen to someone's arteries in this one. Still wince at the puppet scene, probably the most grisly kill in the franchise. One of my favourite horror movies, though. I can't help but love the first 4 Nightmare films (even if 2's only for the rampant homoeroticism and sheer silliness of it) and Dream Warriors is the best of the lot.

My second favorite NoES movie behind the first. And there's parts of this that are superior to the first.

What I love most about that line is that Robert Englund completely adlibbed. The original line in the script was something like "You're on TV now, girl!"

One of my favorite movies. And easily the best in the series.

One of my favorite movies. And easily the best in the series. Ditto!! My second horror-movie related use of the word bitch after "Heard you're looking for Candyman, bitch!"

Lets up the awesome cheeseness to artery exploding levels Don Dokken and Robert Englund snorting coke cut from Freddy's claw on the set of the video may be my favorite 80's story ever

Only thing I did not like and this has very little to do with prt 3 but part 4.
I hated how he got a gawd damn DBZ style zenkai and killed them off like nothing IMO "dream warriors" should entail them putting up a fight but instead they get goobered like them winning the first time was a complete fluke.

True, although Part 4 did give us one of my favorite Freddy one-liners - "How's this for a wet dream?"

I actually liked 4 better, but those two films and the original are the best stuff in the series. Although 2 is a guilty pleasure

Yeah the beginning of NOES 4 was kind of like the beginning of Transformers: The Movie, if you know what I mean.
But I would agree about 1, 3, and 4 being the peak of the series, moreso the former two. (Dream Warriors = best combo of scary and goofy Freddy). Either way, those three films would be a perfect trilogy.
