Only in some countries. Most of the countries that observe DST don't change for a couple of weeks.

I like Daylight Savings time. I like having daylight at 10:30pm sometimes at 11pm

The day before is always the day I remember how big a pain in the ass it is to change my main clock, which is also the only device I own that doesn't automatically update.
