Rocky is probably the most known Red Ranger to get no type of respect. To me nothing about him says Red ranger at all and it doesn't help that Tommy is the leader so his status as a red falls and even more so because both billy and kimberley are treated as the definitive 2nd in command pairing. |

I almost feel sad for Rocky in a way
He is the worst and least memorable Red ranger of the entire zordon era
He is amongst the least memorable blue ranger if not the least ...give or take Justin
He just never stood a chance to really stand out.

While Adam was typecast as the shy character his fighting was better than Rockys, and Tommy was leader on top of being a better fighter than Rocky Speaking of forgotten Rangers, Aisha sort of fits that build. She was replaced with Tanya at the very end of MMPR, I never knew why. Her and Kim had good chemistry |

We have a little less of Justin BS episodes and the finale for Turbo is great. Divatox forced the Rangers to run which had not happened at that point, sans Rito blowing up original command center. |
