My favourite is still "Anybody else wanna negotiate?" from The Fifth Element. I even dust that one out once in a while when I do awesomely at FPS's.
I'd post a video but frankly, it's a line that needs to be experienced within the proper context, and if you haven't seen it, it means you haven't seen The Fifth Element, which is a huge mistake in your life that you need to rectify right this instant.
