For several years, the site has worked fine for me but suddenly in the last couple of days, it's causing me grief. Now, if I go to it - dashboard, archives, anything - it works fine for about a minute, then starts slowing down in how long it takes anything to load/open/display until it finally just won't load anything. In the meantime, it causes anything else I have open to start slowing down too. On most of these other things, it's barely noticeable but if I'm playing something on YT, it brings the video to a standstill. If I 'x' out of Tumblr, YT will return to normal.
I can't figure out if this is something on their end, something with my browser, the computer itself or whatever other options there might be. I know Tumblr is a resource hog, but again, it's never been like this for me. Any ideas?
