Yeah, another list from my favorite Internet reviewer (mostly because he at least does not do skits like some others, but being animation-based as well), that might provide some discussion: For those not wanting to watch a 50-minute video, have the list in spoilers {Spoiler}10. Donkey Kong Country (1996-2000) 9. Caillou (1997-2010) 8. Angela Anaconda (1991-2001) 7. Little Shop (1991) 6. Hammerman (1991) 5. Kid'n Play (1990-1991) 4. The Brothers Flub (1999-2000) 3. Stressed Eric (1998-2000) 2. Gross-Out Trend (Mega-Babies, Brothers Grunt, Shnookums & Meat etc.) 1. The Wacky World Of Tex Avery (1997-1998)
Dishonorable Mentions (Pro Stars; Yo-Yogi; New Kids On The Block; Pinkie, Elmyra & The Brain; Wish Kid; Quack Pack

Hey, I liked the Wacky World of Tex Avery.
Mega Babies...I literally vomited at some of the gross-out gags from that show.

Stressed Eric ? I really liked that. Same, my whole family watched it. "Stressed Eric" is still used as shorthand for someone who's stressed out in our house 😂

I don't know if I agree with his dishonorable mentions. I enjoyed Pro Stars as a kid. Wish Kid was goofy, but it was kinda fun as well. Yo Yogi was alright, too.
I thought he was dissing the Tex Avery Show, which I somewhat enjoyed. But then I saw it was a completely different show. I looked up that show, and was like, "What the hell?"
But yeah, Angela Anaconda SUCKED.

Yeah, that fake Tex Avery show was terrible. I remember they'd try to set up the cartoons like the old Disney or Lantz cartoons by showing what character was starring in it, despite not knowing who any of these characters were.
The writing was atrocious and lazy. And despite only seeing a few episodes, I remember the god awful theme song from 20 years ago.
What a bastardization of the great Tex Avery by naming a shitty cowboy after him.

How in the hell is Caillou ranked so low? Ever since I became a parent, I have never seen any character vilified as much as that little bald-headed bastard...

No Super Duper Sumos? Like, at all? According to Wikipedia, Super Duper Sumos ran first in 2002-2003, making it ineligible for a Top 10 Worst Cartoons Of The 1990s list.

The real shock is that Angela Anaconda lasted 10 years. What? I didn't question it because I just thought he counted the Angela Anaconda shorts that were a part of Kablam! to the whole series run. Checked now on Wikipedia and Kablam actually ran from 1996-2000. So I guess the timeline behind Angela Anaconda should really read (1996-2001) instead.

I'd arranged Angela Anaconda from my memories and now it's back there along with it's irritating theme song and creepy looking characters.

Angela Anaconda sounds like the name of a transgender porn actress.

Hey, I liked the Wacky World of Tex Avery. Wow. I always thought my brother and I were the only ones who liked it. It probably also helped that I didn't really know who Tex Avery was at the time. I watched his cartoons, but I never paid attention to the director credits.
