I miss SO MANY of those old bumpers. They're still pretty neat.
I remember actually liking "Evil Con Carne" over "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy"........though that was more because I REALLY hate(d) "Billy and Mandy". I never thought much of either TBH.
I remember hearing about Wulin Warriors and Princess Natasha, but I never watched either. I had no idea they butchered the source material on Wulin Warriors so much. Was it meant to be a parody like that?
I never saw Thumb Wars, but I do remember there being a 2-3 second clip as an easter egg on the "Kung Pow; Enter The Fist" DVD.
I remember them advertising the hell out of Toon Heads to the degree I got tired of the ads, but I never watched it myself. That was during the time my Grandma and Grandpa were the only people I regularly visited that had Cartoon Network on their cable/satellite package, and I only stayed there Saturdays when both my parents were working.
When I first saw the video, I honestly thought he'd tee off with almost nothing but "What A Cartoon" shorts. So I'm glad he just touched on it and moved on to "O Canada". I remember trying to watch that once when I was younger, having no clue what acid trip was taking place on my TV, and moving on.
I remember the corrupted Regular Show. He's actually wrong about no explanation being given. JG Quintel tweeted in the middle of the episode that something must've went wrong sending it to CN and he knew for a fact the master file wasn't like that, and he'd look into it first thing the next day. He never did tweet about it again, but they never aired it again with the jacked up colors.
I'd LOVE to see him hit on obscure stuff overseas, especially A.K.A. Cult Toons, considered one of the major roots of the cut-up footage and random clip, "Youtube Poop" style of videos. That show doesn't get enough credit, and I'd think something like that today, even on Adult Swim, would be a hit.

What ever happened to What Ever Happened to Robot Jones?
I don't actually care about the answer, I just had to ask the question.

Goddamn, did I really love Evil Con Carne. I'm really disappointed that they ended up getting rid of it, it was such a fun show.
It also makes me wistful for the idea of them just making Boomerang a dump for all of their shows that have fallen to the wayside, and giving people a chance to seek them out. There's so many one offs and failed series on Cartoon Network, I'd love just an on-demand network for all of that weird, misplaced stuff (perhaps my favorite one-off being the Yogi Bear episode that John K did where Yogi goes feral, one of my favorite bonkers segments of all time).

Just showing old cartoons and slapping things randomly that shouldn't have worked but did mostly just because it felt like it made 'sense' rather than just 'LOL! RANDOM!' Also, the WCW one they did was ridiculously fun.

Ah yes I remember Cartoon Network's totally inept handling of the Cartoonstitute back in 2008-2009, it's one of the many reasons why Craig McCracken doesn't make stuff for them anymore. So for anyone out there whom feel the new Powerpuff Girls are vastly inferior to the original there is part of the answer why.

Yeah, those are the YTP vids I like the best, the ones where they throw in the random clips and all that, but the source is still coherent for the most part. The ones that just unfold into an acid trip clipshow I just tune out of.

The Cartoon Gang? (Remember when there was just ONE annoying live action segment --> show on CN?)
Not sure if they ever made it to the CN stations, but who remembers Rudy and Gogo? (GOGO...PARA PRESIDENTE!)

To be fair, Tickle U wasnt the first preschool show on CN. There was Big Bag in the mid-90s, as well as Sitting Ducks around 2002.

Hector Con Carne seems odd to put on the list since most of the characters ended up on Billy and Mandy.
edit: I loved Toonheads. They had an entire show set of propaganda cartoons it's where I first saw Doctor Seuss' war efforts.

Grim & Evil was quite enjoyable.
I remember watching Whatever Happened to Robot Jones, but don't remember a lot about it.
O Canada had some weird shit on it.
Toon Heads was a fun little show.

Speaking of The Moxy Show, is that Penn Jillette playing the giant flea? It sounds like him.

Anyone remember a short from what a cartoon about a cleaning robot that ended up accidently activating a rocket. It was all in 3d.
