The Lannisters I was fine with because even at their peak power, a lot of shit didn't go their way. Yeah, Joffrey as much of a shit he was had Tyrion to take him down a couple of pegs by giving him a good slap. Ramsey was, until his death a karma Houdini. Plus it helped with the Lannisters that whilst Cersei and Joffrey were shits, Jaime became a likeable enough bloke and Tyrion was always cool to counteract the dickishness of the others.

Negan and Dwight on The Walking Dead were really pushing it for me. They remind me of every bully I had in school, and I hated watching the main characters just take this shit from these glorified bullies. I don't watch, but I knew of the fuss over Negan and after the intial shock of his acts wore off, people seemed to be warming up to him, particularly women

The Authority on Monday Night RAW There is a huge difference between "Asshole boss that sticks his head in 30 seconds per episode to ruin things" and "always there always ruining". Also, "perpetually coming out on top". That's the worse use of an antagonist trait that anyone can use. Even the one time when they lost, they came back a few months later, and it led to everyone who had a hand in getting rid of them getting "fired". And, as you can see, Steph and Hunter still have way too much time on TV, with almost no redeeming features that compel you to want to watch them. It's aggravating.

Even if I sometimes wonder when Javier Bardem and Robert Downey Jr had time to father the baby that grew up to be him.

I'll give him that, he also reminds me of a more handsome Vince Russo with his appearance

Diamondback In Luke Cage, when they did the reveal, he was over the top and cartoony and didn't fit with the rest of show. Luke couldn't care less about the history the two characters shared, and then when finallly faced off it was even more cartoony and he never seemed like a threat to Luke Cage.
People aren't happy with Iron Fist but at least that show got better as it went on. Luke Cage fell off the deep end half way through the show.

Should've kept Cottonmouth alive, Mahershala Ali played the character well and the character's death and not being there anymore was noticeable on the show.
