What are your favorite comedy specials that you have seen and enjoyed.
Eddie Murphy Delirious is something I am sure a lot of people will have. This is Eddie at his best and is enjoyable from beginning to end with jokes that are still repeated today
Dave Chappelle Killin them softly is also up there for me as one of the better comedy specials made. This is where the "legend grew" for Chappelle with memorable quotes.

Chris Rock's Bigger & Blacker and Never Scared are both amazing.

George Carlin: Basically any of them, although "Playin' With Your Head", "What Am I Doing in New Jersey?", and "Jammin' in New York" are probably my favorites.
Dave Chappelle: "Killin' Them Softly"
Chritopher Titus: "Norman Rockwell is Bleeding"
Chris Rock :"Bigger & Blacker"
Kevin Hart: "I'm A Grown Little Man"
John Pinette: "I'm Starvin'" and "Still Hungry"
Rocky Laport's Comedy Central Presents special
Lots of others, but those are what I remember off the top of my head.

Louis CK's "Chewed Up" and "Hilarious" are both fantastic.

Doug Stanhope. Any of them. But Deadbeat Hero and No Refunds may be my favourites.

Killing them Softly is probably my fave..Chappelle is arguably the best story teller of all time.
Chris Rocks one in the 90s (at the Apollo I think? I really enjoyed.
Any Pryor, Carlin, Louie C.K..
Recently? Jarod Carmichael: 8 is incredible. I had no idea that cat was that funny. And it's directed by Bo Burnham, who I actually don't enjoy, but still an amazing show.

Mitch Hedberg's two albums are great.
I think Kyle Kinane's first two albums are awesome.

John Mulaney: New in Town. Easy new classic. The guy is amazing at story telling.
Rock's two specials are fantastic. It's all truth and it's all funny.
Chappelle's Killin Them Softly is what makes him a legend, but I preferred For What It's Worth. The crowd made Killin Them Softly better, but For What It's Worth is a lot more streamlined. It flows better.
I really enjoyed Michael Che's new special.
Anything Bill Burr, minus his new special which was kinda disappointing. Louis CK has never missed.

Pretty much anything Carlin. Anything Christopher Titus but I think Norman Rockwell is bleeding is my favorite.

My all time favorite is Dave Chappelle's Killin Them Softly. I watch it every few years and it always cracks me up. His delivery is just awesome. I know it's not cool to admit now but when I was a kid Bill Cosby: Himself was all over HBO and I liked it a lot. "Parents don't care about justice! Parents care about quiet!" It was really funny stuff at the time. I've seen some specials with Katt Williams and Kevin Hart that had some hilarious moments too. They're worth checking out. Some of the early Comedy Central Roasts are great too.

Any of Patton Oswalt's. Same with Jim Gaffigan. I haven't seen a Kevin Hart special that didn't have me rolling.

Just about anything Carlin or Robin Williams. I'll tip my hat to Eddie Murphy, but I defy you to find anyone who is better than those two.

I haven't seen it in years but I watched it so many times when I was a kid that I can still quote most of it. Not that I do that anymore given those obvious reasons.

My all time favorite Standup special is Carlin's Back in Town. I can damn near recite the whole thing from memory. And, I use his Mickey Mouse's birthday line on anyone I'm particularly upset at.
"f*** Mickey Mouse! f*** him in the asshole with a big rubber dick! Then break it and beat him with the rest of it! I hope Mickey dies! I do! I hope he God damn dies!"
