The shippuden series is now over with Naruto and Hinata getting married so now we move on to the Boruto series which premieres April 5, 2017. The movie did a good job keeping the focus on Naruto's son Boruto and the new generation while still keeping the old familiar faces around in new roles.
It will be funny to see Naruto and his friends as the adults and teachers now but I look forward to the series as the new kids take on some of their parents traits but do enough to feel different. A lot of mysteries to unfold so it shall be fun to read and watch how they go about it
