When did cartoons stop those PSA segments theyd put at the end of episodes? It's probably a good thing though, does anyone really want to see Jake the Dog talk about the danger of downed power lines?

Once in an episode of MASK, VENOM agents told kids what to do in the event of an earthquake.

Feels like some time near the end of the 90s.
I personally think Animaniacs Wheel of Morality kind of helped hasten their demise.

Those existed because of the FCC. There had been a rule against basing a cartoon on a toy line. They later lifted this rule but demanded that there be an equal amount of "Educational" programming to match. The cartoon makers got around this by making the entire cartoon educational by adding the short moral. Later that rule was lifted.

Last cartoon I remember ever having those sort of PSAs would be the early 00s He-man reboot.

Which was likely an addendum from Action for Children's Television, which tried to get rid of the violence

Last cartoon I remember ever having those sort of PSAs would be the early 00s He-man reboot. And AFAIK, those only aired overseas, they werent in the version that aired on Cartoon Network.

One of the last I remember seeing on a new series was the original Sailor Moon dub having the "Sailor Moon Says" segments.
American shows, that's a bit trickier.

My brother introduced me to the parody GI Joe ones a few years ago. Those are pretty funny.

The only ones off the top of my head that I recall seeing with these were Captain Planet (duh) and one of the Sonic The Hedgehog cartoons.

Yeah it was mostly the DiC cartoons that held onto it....Sailor Moon and Adventures of Sonic. The MYP He-Man did not have the PSAs when they aired on Cartoon Network.

I only really remember them up to the early 90's. They started sticking random information bits into main shows writing instead during the 90's so it still counted as x number of minutes of education. Pretty sure Clerks was the last one. Now take off your shirt. OH My God, it's NBA great Charles Barkley. Hey Kids!
