And ask yourself "What the hell was I thinking?"?

Nope. Not unless I bookmarked the thread.

Not here but on Facebook. Whenever they do that "you have a memory to look back at today" thing they do now I just look at and be like "WTF!"

I have made posts in the past I'm not particularly proud of.
I prefer to move on rather than regret the past.

I did it once. I found posts from a Super Bowl (whenever the Ravens played) and most of it was me drunkenly ranting about how Ray Lewis is a murderer. It's not that I regret saying, but the part where I thought I should hop on here while inebriated and rant on a f***ing message board.

Every time someone posts a thread from years back I cringe and start looking to see if I said something stupid

I went back and read some of my posts on the old Tom Rice CAWs site once. I would have been around 15 at the time, and my goodness there were some real cringe moments. It was filled with both posts of me being an obnoxious teenager, and posts of me being an obnoxious smark. Thankfully now I'm just an obnoxious reasonable human being.

I actually wish I could read my older older posts. But it seems like it's impossible to do that.

Every now and then I read through some of my old posts. Part of me feels like an idiot for posting the dumb shit I did back in the day, but the fact that I recognize how dumb those posts are and that I don't make them anymore is a sign of growth and maturity, right?

Sometimes, though also, sometimes someone likes an old joke of mine and I get a laugh out of seeing it again.

it was only a couple of days I had a look through my old posts on here, it's amazing how much I repeat myself (I must have a 2 year rule before I can make the same statement or joke again), I have mentioned these more then once (more now) -
Haku sitting behind me at a wrestling event How Vinny and Sandra The Seamstress are my favourites from Total Divas (and I always seem to mention them in the same post) Using Vince as the Higher Power as a punchline I also felt the fact that Dana Carvey gets killed by Michael Myers in Halloween II years before SNL/Wayne's World, a fact worth repeating in 2 different topic
and there was others, I do give myself points though in a topic about Swerved being cancelled after Season 1, I question if it's just been "cancelled" so people let there guards own.

Not here but on Facebook. Whenever they do that "you have a memory to look back at today" thing they do now I just look at and be like "WTF!" It is amazing to me how I have grown over the years in contrast to how I was when I see a post that I am not proud of posting. As for posts on here, I do that quite often, mostly to revisit archived threads.

All of my posts are works of art! -_- and when people post old threads I certainly don't look through hoping I didn't say anything stupid

Sometimes. Every so often on Facebook I'll get curious and look at old posts. It's amusing how a post here and there would generate three to four likes, mainly because Myspace was still a thing at that point too, found it pretty amusing at times honestly when I see how far Internet forums and Social Media has come.
