This upcoming week, us Greeks go on a no-meat, no-dairy fasting for Easter week. My mom will cook for us most of the week (and makes sure it fits the fasting rules) but I work all day Wednesday, so I need to find a fasting lunch at one of the restaurants at the mall. Most likely I'll go with a vegetable burrito at Chipotle. Normally I don't particularly like Chipotle, but maybe with less ingredients it will work out like a 'less is more' type thing.

A few weeks back my wife was sick, once she started to feel better I caught it. Then our kid started her spring break. So basically my wife and I haven't had any "time together" in a while.
It's like junior high for me all over again 😡
