I'll be honest, I've always kind of found Terry's speech in that movie very overrated. Mostly because it doesn't really accomplish anything, Joker immediately fights back when he comes at him and when Terry does kill him it's not through any means related to the speech itself unless maybe you give it the benefit of the doubt and say he got Joker riled up enough to let his guard down.

Kinda surprised Doug gave.......the rest of the movie a pass; ESPECIALLY bypassing the whole thing with older Tim and the Joker (which was and is still a mindscrew of a plot moment) as it factors into that 10 minute segment.
Nice to see him give that flashback and movie some highlight, though.

Return of the Joker is the best Batman movie and the best non-Ledger Joker. It's a masterpiece.

That's a really good segment, but I thought the plot hanging on a "DNA microchip" was a little corny.

"Return Of The Joker" is a great movie.
Also I liked how the identity of Tim's wife is left vague so many people assume it's Stephanie

They sorta wrote themselves into a corner if they wanted Joker back while also absolving Tim/not making him responsible. I get why they did it, just not a great 'out'.
Hamil voiced businessman red herring wasn't necessary either.

Batman Beyond is an underrated property period.
I really believe Warner Bros. could make good money on a live action movie one day with Bruce mentoring Terry.

I've honestly never cared that much for Terry as a character. Like the concept though

Return of the Joker is the best Batman movie and the best non-Ledger Joker. It's a masterpiece. It's not really my favorite of them by any means, but it is still very good. If nothing else I like Under the Red Hood, Dark Knight Returns, and the Nolan and Burton movies more, probably Mask of the Phantasm and 66, but that's not bad company to be in at all. Also several Joker depictions I prefer over Ledger, but that's neither here nor there.
