Voltron in the original Japanese anime was separated by a goddess for its hubris.
The Megazord in the original Japanese show is basically a god in and of itself.
This would be a really weird fight.

Technically, the size of the two are way off.
Voltron (or Beast King GoLion) is 60 meters tall. So Voltron's 196 ft 10 inches tall.
The Megazord (or Daizyuzin) is 41.7 meters tall. So the Megazord's 136 ft 10 inches tall.
Voltron's got a 60 foot height advantage.
Plus, Voltron has that 100 Ton Punch, or the 4 Lion Attack. That would've probably taken out the Megazord.

{Spoiler}What a surprise yet again the Power Rangers mech loses to the smaller, faster anime mech with more ridiculous feats because anime allows for grander scale things that sentai shows can't really replicate due to budget. I mean it is what I expected, but still. |
