What's the very first thing you can remember or at least what you consider your first memory, even if other things you remember may have happened first?
For me, it's this.
.
I remember them turning the rink lights out on the kids, but this debate stands out the most. I remember I was sick, mom had the humidifier going in my room, dragged the little TV out and put hockey on. Just so happened the most infamous moment in World Junior history happened.
I so remember two guys, I didn't know who since I was 4 years old, yelling at each other.

Getting boost shots. I was 4 and it was a rainy day. I remember laying in my mom's lap with my ass in the air and she humped her legs up and down to try to sooth me or whatever. I think I cry breathed too.

Sitting on Woody, our family dog, thinking I could ride him like a horse. He didn't show much enthusiasm for the idea.,

Watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the 1990 movie) in a hotel room in Blackpool with my brother, drinking orangeade out of paper cups. I was about 3 and a half.

Being in the back of a car that had broken down, and having my parents push it while I said something to my Grandfather. My sister wasn't born so I'd have been about two years old. Sadly, it's also the only memory I have of my Grandfather.

I have vague recollections of the first house me & my parents lived in, of my room which was right off the living room and also the kitchen... and how my parents' room was this odd room way off to the side (off the kitchen, sorta) that I can actually recollect NEVER going in, weirdly enough.

I remember my first trip to the beach when I was a little over a year old. I recall visiting my aunt, uncle, and cousin's apartment near the beach, trying to climb on my cousin's skateboard, seeing half of a dead shark washed up on the sand, and sitting with my mom and aunt on beach towels with Stayin' Alive playing on the radio.

I remember being in a car, with my mom and dad, in the Summer of 1987. I remember we stopped at a bakery and my mom got a blueberry muffin, that she gave me a chunk of, and I remember thinking it was delicious.

A Chinese woman yelling at me in my own bedroom when I was like 4.
I had this thing where I was able to read and write at that age at a much higher level than is expected, so my parents and the school set me up with this Chinese lady who'd show up at my house after I came home from school. She'd bring all these different books in a box that had separate levels, I think they went by grade. Although sometimes they weren't always books but these card stock pamphlets with stories on the inside and then questions on the back. She'd make me read them and then discuss it with her, and sometimes write down the answers that I had if we were doing one of the pamphlet stories. I love reading and always have, but I used to dread doing that because the lady was so scary. She was really pretty so at first I trusted her, since I guess that's how it worked for me back then, but she was also super strict and severe, so she'd hide all of toys and stuffed animals. She wouldn't let me do ANYTHING, even something as simple as looking out the window. If I did, she'd yell at me. However, I also remember the last time she ever came over she brought me a whole bunch of new children's books and chapter books, then started crying and hugging me, saying how much she'd miss me, which freaked me out even more.

Sometime when I was 3 years old, I woke up, went to the kitchen, and asked my mom if there was anything to eat.
