Watched this one tonight. If you're familiar with the director (CrimeTimes) then you'll really get a kick out it.
I can't say too much with out spoiling stuff but I definitely enjoyed it. It's a really good take on the kaiju genre and makes it feel really personal. The previews make it seem like a romcom or something but it subverted (in a good way) a lot of expectations for me.
Overall though it was a pretty smart, unconventional film that elicited a lot more audience gasps from the non-kaiju scenes than I ever imagined a film like this could.
