Time to replace Ford as Indy in a flashback, I think
Let's just pretend Mutt never happened.

I hope Lucas isn't involved with Indy 5.

I kinda liked the winter release dates for Star Wars. I wonder why they're so keen on changing it to May.

I dunno about you, but the Holiday season release dates for new Star Wars films were perfect. I mean, May is usually for Marvel Studios and all that.

I can't wait for the new Indy Jones movie. Cool that we are getting a new movie There's not been an Indiana Jones movie outside the original trilogy. NOT A SINGLE MOVIE AT ALL!

Is the Han Solo movie coming out in December 2018? Because that would mean we're getting two Star Wars films in six months.

I didn't hate Crystal Skull as much as a lot of people did, but yeah, definitely was a big mistep. I do hope a new one can be handled better, just to (probably) wrap things up more neatly or pass the torch more competently, either or.

I may get flak for this, but I kind of wish they would hold off episode 9 until 2020 just so that each Star Wars entry was released each decade since the 70s.

Do you really think there won't be a Star Wars movie in the 2020's? There will probably be a few of them. They still haven't even officially announced the third Anthology film yet.

Two movies in, and I'm already feeling Star Wars fatigue, and that SLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW start to Rogue One didn't help.

I kinda liked the winter release dates for Star Wars. I wonder why they're so keen on changing it to May. Probably because winter 2019 is when Frozen 2 comes out. Disney can't have two of their cash cows competing with each other.

I kinda liked the winter release dates for Star Wars. I wonder why they're so keen on changing it to May. I'll bet IX gets pushed back as well. They release these dates as a forecast to appease stockholders with projected quarterly earnings. When the timing is right, they'll push it back further with enough corporate jargon to make everything ok, despite the fact that nobody should have been in fear to begin with, since every SW film will make a $1B guaranteed

We're not too far away from this being a reality. I really wish they would recast Ford. I know that no one will ever fill the role the way he did, but having him come back again is just sad. The last movie had a bunch of pathetic senior citizens running around. They all looked tired and confused. The action didn't come off as practical and it was clear they did it for fun, with no real investment in making a memorable movie. The original trilogy all had a charm to them. Crystal Skulls felt like a true excavation where they played with the bones of a sleeping franchise. Now they're going to do it again. Just recast Indy already. Harrison Ford doesn't need his ego stroked yet again. He already had one last outing as Indy, then Han Solo and he's even coming back as goddamn Rick Deckhard. What next? Even More American Graffiti? Or how about Witness 2? Fugitive Again! Or a reboot of the reboot where Ford's Old Jack Ryan meets Pine's Rebooted Jack Ryan after Affleck's Bad Jack Ryan kills Baldwin's forgettable Jack Ryan? Enough. The dude is in his 70's and looked miserable in the last film.

Keep in mind when Indy 5 comes out, Ford will almost be as old as the Crusade Knight in "The last Crusade". That's insane. He definitely needs an avatar for the action aspect of the film and it ain't gonna be Shia. I bet Chris Pratt is waiting for the call..
