Photoshop Help

I've got two pictures.

In one, the dude on beach selling cigarettes and t-shirts (among other things) is smiling and is doing a heads up, but my eyes are closed.

In the other, my eyes are open but he's looking down and no thumbs up.

Can someone please swap the two so that it's one pic of him smiling and thumbs up, and me smiling with eyes open?
