TBH, I like the idea of it, but in terms of concept/execution I'm having a hard time picturing. I don't want any more MCU-type stuff and not like Snyder's work either. .... part of me kinda wants something more like Fury Road: non-stop badassery with cool stunts.

But then another part of me wants it to be more .... over the top than that. Possibly like that movie TURBO KID (which was great) but with a bigger budget.

I dunno. In 2017 it's not an easy thing to do in terms of a big budget live action adaption. Especially since the source material wasn't exactly high quality to begin with.

Much like GI Joe, I hope whoever brings this to life can deal with the combination of genres......well, better than the 1st Joe movie.

Joe = army guys + sci-fi.
He-Man = sword & sorcery + sci-fi.

I'd do something like an updated Conan the Destroyer aesthetic. Fantasy elements with stuff in there to please hardcore fans, but also kid accesible.

Also look to those darker kids flicks of the 80s like Labyrinth, Dark Crystal etc when creating Snake Mountain, Skeletor and the rest.
