Well if you do I have a solution for you! The Rich Piana 8 hour Arm Workout! To prepare for this workout you need a 2 day rest day, have a huge breakfast 2 hours before the workout, and make and pack 16 shakes to refill during your 16 half n hour rest periods. When you're done the workout have a huge dinner and take another 2 more days off from working out unless you're working legs or abs or cardio. The best part about this it's not a fraud and it actually works! Here's some testimonials of people who have completed it! www.gym-talk.com/rich-piana-8-hour-arm-workout/www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDqdjhku6UwHas anyone here tried and completed this monumental herculean task? #8hourarms

Will this exercise and 'diet' help me or hurt me with regards to the Wellness Policy?

Oh goddammit Rich Piana made it here to FAN.
I did a version of the "One Day Arm Cure" about 15 years ago and my arms shrunk half an inch. Beyond a mere "waste of time", it was a detriment.
Also you guys know those are implants Rich has, right? He used to be a bodybuilder and built up some size, but now he's just a pile of implants.

He's also the kind of guy that would paint a football field size mural by finger painting and somehow complete it. The guy is the best and the worst of the YouTube fitness community guys. Best that he's amazing at marketing himself and is somehow extremely rich and is way to honest about his steroid and synthol use while actually does seem like a cool guy to hang out with. Worst that he preaches on you can nearly look like him by following his meal plan (snake oil sales man) and working out hard while he loads up on more implants and all his advice is essentially just extreme hypertrophy. I'm curious what is this old timey sounding one day arm cure excercise was.

I'm curious what is this old timey sounding one day arm cure excercise was. hahaha "Old timey". Yeah I guess it is. Anyways, there's a couple different versions but the theory is basically you do some arm work every half an hour for 6-12 hours one day, making sure to have plenty of protein shakes throughout. So you do some curls and tricep work each half an hour, and supposedly you put an inch on your arms in one day. Well that was a load of crap for me. I'd have to check my log but I think I did some arm work every half an hour for 9 hours and my goddamn arms - which along with my chest have always been the worst developed part of me - freakin shrunk half an inch. And they didn't bounce back right away either! Volume training has always made me shrink so I should have known it would be a miserable failure but I tried it out anyways. Funny thing about that day that made it even worse: I watched 1 episode of Beast Machines between each arm training session. God that show f***ing sucked. I loved Beast Wars but Beast Machine was horrible. I had traded some MOTU figures for them on VCD~! I took a loss on that one too.

Yeah I never got into volume training unless if it's heavier weight and you're using a higher perecentage of ROM but still it doesn't build up much anything unless it's a functional movement or calisthenics. Working out for a pump just never made much sense to me. Chasing a pump and not much gains or strength building.

I'm no fitness guru, but this seems like a recipe for rhabdomyolysis if you actually tried to do it at the proper intensity. AKA, the rapid destruction and then pissing out of your muscle fibers, AKA what happened to Daivari after Benoit made him do something like 2,000 squats in a row.

Range of motion and time under tension. Remember those two things when you do any workout and combined with a diet that fits your goals, you'll see results. When I see meat heads at the gym pushing weight and/or rushing through sets without getting the full contraction, it infuriates me. It's pretty basic but people are too preoccupied with the amount of weight rather than the process. Also the goal should be to spend less time at the gym with high intensity, not more.
I didn't see the video but I'm guessing there's enough bro science in it to last a life time.

That is serious overtraining and won't do anything for you.
Quality over quantity.

I don't work out, nor do I know much about working out, but this seems incredibly stupid and potentially dangerous.
