I would post the source but it's pretty spoiler heavy as far as GOTG 2 goes, but i'll add it if needed. Maybe we'll see Uatu at some point? But I thought the fancanon is that Uatu's been around all along as the character Stan Lee is "really" playing whenever he has his cameos... |

Yeah, this is one of those things where the who-owns-what gets more complicated. It's the same reason Fox has the rights to the mutants, but specific mutants can still appear in the MCU if they were more centralized outside the X-books. While Uatu had been an FF character since his debut, his race proper wasn't given its own time until later series like Tales to Astonish and Quasar.
The Skrulls are a little different as they did first appear as a race in FF, which would generally make them an FF property, but they long ago drifted into proper and major use throughout the entire MU, from Avengers to Blackwulf to Runaways. As it is, Fox - from what I can tell - can use specific ones like Super-Skrull or Lyja - but Marvel can use Hulkling and (I'm guessing) Veranke.

Well and good that we can share with Fox on some things. But we want something from Fox. If sharing pries open the grip they have on the FF franchise, keep sharing. If Marvel can get Spider-Man and FF home, they can run for the next quarter century on stories.
