I know, I know; nobody cares about Main Event, but I still say this shows greatest weakness is that half the roster is absent most of the time. There's no undercard & the tag division is horrible.
Having a secondary show won't solve all the problems, but it could give most of the unused talent to try things and not just only appear as job bait at house shows.

Smackdown's B show is Raw.

A show that's trying to main event with Randy Orton vs. Jinder Mahal probably needs to sort itself out first.

It's time. Time to add the green back to the Smackdown side.

If it helps, I think Main Event will also be gone just as soon as the weekly UK show starts.

The only reason Main Event isn't on the network proper was because Sky used it as a negotiation tool during that time period where the WWE Network was going to launch at a much lower price than it did and were trying to goad Sky into getting into proper negotiations with them about what was being shown on there and what wasn't.
Which, well, was a really stupid time period for all those who expected the Network up by that February. I may have known a guy who ended up ranting in front of some British game developers he knew when asked about why he was tweeting about it.
That guy may or may not have been me.

Smackdown becomes a 3 hour show confirmed. But nah there's too much WWE TV anyways and Triple H went on a hiring spree like a Pokemaster trying to catch them all talent. It feels like they are looking for the next big talent that has a popularity that transcends other talent and they are going to hire everyone until they find that guy without realizing they are further contributing to the power. Kenny Omega even said it best it feels like "WWE are just trying to hire everyone just for the sake they claim ownership of the talent and wouldn't join unless they had a really clear direction on what they want from him."

You can get the roster on with shorter matches.

I'm pretty sure smackdown is a B show.

The whole concept of a B-Show is outdated. Nobody is going to go out of their way to watch a show main evented by Titus O Neil Vs Curt Hawkins or Mojo Rawley Vs Primo.

Don't worry, a 3rd hour is coming because USA will need it to boost up their overall network ratings.

They need a Third Hour anyways. Too many people are not being showcased on a weekly basis, sometimes they disappear for a few weeks at a time even. It's not good for the talent. We're kind of in a sorting period until after Backlash and on route to Money in the Bank, but I feel like Smackdown really could benefit from a third hour. Some things feel rushed some weeks.
