Even as I was watching this when it first aired I had heard stories about Orson Wells antics. I knew Brain's voice was an Orson Wells impersonation so I just thought they were picking on him for doing commercial work that was beneath him.
It wasn't until a few years ago that I found out this is pretty much a word for word re-enactment of one of Orson's classic tirades.
