But since he forced ownership/upper management's hand to get it done, they fired him for his perceived insolence at Christmas time. |

I remember liking the first season but it feels like I watched it so long ago that I barely remember it. I'm gonna have to do a rewatch before delving into season 2.
But first, I'm watching How I Met Your Mother for the first time and still have a couple more seasons to go.

Watched the first 4 episodes of Season 2 last night. More than worth the over a year wait between seasons.

I really enjoyed Season 2, way more than season 1. All storylines were really interesting through the entire season.

I enjoyed it. Season 1 was great as well. One of the complaints I noticed concerns the profanity. I don't see an issue.

I just love how graphic Frank and Sue's fights get. And I don't mean that in the sense that they use a lot of profanity, but graphic as in how specific they get. For example, a lot of couples who had to rush into marriage because of an unexpected pregnancy might have that "you ruined my life" fight. Bit when Sue and Frank's fight in front of Maureen, the kid she was accused of cheating off of, and the principal they got very specific with this exchange:
Sue: You said that you had control!
Frank: I did have control, Sue! In the missionary position!
