I am still blown away that I found footage of Bette Midler performing at the Continental Baths in 1971-this footage has not been restored or probably touched since then, but there it is on YouTube.
I also found footage presumably from cast member Sarah Kennedy's own personal collection of clips from the final season of Laugh-In which until it is released on DVD in a couple weeks-hasn't been aired on tv or anywhere since the original broadcast
So what have you found on YouTube that surprised you?

I subscribe to both the US National Archives and The British Pathe. I recommend both of the channels for fascinating historical footage.

I've probably seen my share of things, most of which apparently don't seem to be on my favorites or liked lists at the moment, but audio of President Benjamin Harrison from 1889 probably qualitfies for this thread.
