That B&E one was edited very well. It really took me a while to realize he was saying "it" (as in, "tag you're it"), as they perfectly melded the beep into "Bert's it!" I dare say......maybe.....that it's a smidge better than the Count one. But then, that one has the Count saying he f***ed himself so it's most likely the far superior vid.

And that Cookie Monster vid.....not as good, still funny, however that song is irritating thanks to a business somewhere here in MA/RI doing a really lousy version of it on local radio all the time.

Ah, so it's 'IT'....I just assumed that this was a backstage out-take that Henson and Oz did for their own amusement. The fact it makes people assume they're effing and blinding makes it even better! The best part is Ernie's 'But Bert is **it!' aside at 40 seconds followed by his laugh.
