I feel like there are worse characters than some on this list. Like I'd put Turbos Alpha or their mentor that season on the list over Justin tbh. He was bad but he was also written to be one of the few competent characters. Hell most of their honorable mentions were worse than Richie

Eh, Divatox was the season I stopped watching. Thought she was too hokey, even for Power Rangers. Also, car racing.

Nick is the worse for me, but Mystic Force was pretty bad although I'll admit I liked Xander.

Vypra only an honorable mention. I suppose if she was on the list then you'd have to show her scenes and watch her terrible acting.
Machine Empire also on the honorable mention. Seems wrong for different reasons. They were pretty good. Prince Gasket being the best of the Machine Empire villains.

If it was up to me I would have lumped all of Neo saban into one spot....except Dino Charge wasn't too bad
And all this talk of turbo...now I wanna go re-watch Carranger.
