Take-Two is becoming Nintendo levels of tone deafness when it comes to interacting with their fanbase and enforcing their copyrights even when they have no business enforcing anything. I will play Nintendo Advocate in this one. They gotten better, even the Samus Return one now makes sense. They were making a very Similar Game.

Buying for the option of customization is a major selling point. Customization can give games a shelf life that last for years. Not all people but the games for that reason. Some guy the guys for what they are and don't go as far as other players. Not being the only one who can provide the option is the source of their frustration. They want to buckle and dime for everything. And take away some of the best elements of the game that are proven to be what people want.
I collect action figures and sometimes customize action. I can see how deep the well goes when it comes to something that should be so simple. But when you bring, figure scale, sculpt, articulation, accessories, price points, availibilty, misreading the market, and etc, it can make for very frustrating hobby. I looking at you McFarlane toys.

Awful how Take Two is behaving like this.
I think Take Two are like Dustin Hoffman in Chef.
I bet Rockstar wanted to further add to the story from GTA V with single player DLC but Take Two told them to just focus on the money printer that is GTA Online.

The Mods were something that were keeping people playing GTA V and it remaining popular on online platforms
So good job hurting your own product interest...

Good news, everyone! In yet another show of how even developers hate publishers' blind greed, Rockstar has gotten Take-Two to leave single-player mods alone! They're also in talks with the developers of OpenIV to work something out (since OpenIV apparently can be used to make online mods, which in turn can be used to cheat).

Okay Rockstar, how about giving the offline players some DLC content? It doesn't have to be much, give us some weapons and vehicles that are in GTA Online.

Funny cause on the old gen PS3 they would give you the DLC cars and such to use in single player. The cars could be accessed from the character's city garage, once the main story is completed. But not in the new gen PS4. Even tried getting a PS+ account for a week to see if that would unlock them... nope.

If it is important to you enough to boycott Take Two, you don't buy the following Grand Theft Auto (duh) Civilization Kerbal Space Program Red Dead NBA 2k XCOM Bully WWE 2k Mafia Manhunt BioShock Borderlands Battleborn Max Payne Spec Ops: The Line Evolve Take Two reportedly sent private investigators to a modders house to intimdate him, back in 2015 www.pcgamer.com/take-two-reportedly-sent-private-investigators-to-modders-home/It is a shame that Rockstar is owned by Take Two, because apparently Rockstar is pretty laid back about all of this kind of stuff Yea f*** that I'm still buying those. I've waited too f***ing long for a new Red Dead not to buy it. Sorry.
