Since the clip rewatch will restart when I return home tonight, I want to give my opinion on the trailer for the movie:
Seriously, that trailer looked gorgeous! The new art style looks amazing and very beautiful and it completely dissipated my worries that it will take me some getting accustomed to the new art style.
Looks like it will be a variation of that kind of story (dunno if that one has its own name): "Happy celebration, a foreign force attacks, our heroes have to abandon their home for the time being until they find what they need to defeat the forein force".
Kinda strange how the trailer makes it seem like Tempest Shadow will be the main villain instead of the Storm King. Perhaps that is the case or maybe the trailer threw us for a loop here. Anyway, love Tempest Shadow's design and I am looking for her to do awesome villain stuff.
Only annoying thing was the part where the characters and who voices them got listed. Yeah, sorry, I might understand why they do this but...until the movie comes into theaters, this will continue to buck and irk me. Really itching to mention something to Ashleigh at Galacon about it (along the lines of how unfair it is that her and her fellow mates' names got ousted in favor of some celebrities).
