i'M GUTTED BY THIS. f***.
Only 42. Easy to forget that when they debuted with Juvenile Hell they were only 14.
'The Infamous' and 'Hell on Earth' are flawless classic albums.

This is one celeb death that actually got to me, I was shocked when I read that headline. That Return of the Mac collab he did with The Alchemist is special to me because it got my mind off of things during a long and really low point in my life.
RIP to a LEGEND.

RIP Prodigy. A real rap star. Rocked gawdy jewelry, smoked weed, drank brown liquor, banged groupies, dissed rappers, beat up rappers, shot at rappers, got dissed, got beat up, got shot at, made classics, and rocked. the. mic.
The Mobb's music will always be in my rotation, always has been. Don't sleep on P's solo catalogue either, some great albums in there. Even Mobb Deep's last album from 2014 was damn good.

I was shocked to hear about this. I have always liked Mobb Deep. I haven't really heard too much of Prodigy's solo stuff, even though I have read that the first HNIC album is great. I have always liked his guest appearances on other rappers' songs.

Mobb Deep were righteous. Prodigy's flow will never be forgotten. A true gangster, he lived a full life and went out on top of the game. I can only imagine the super hot chicks he would bed in the most luxurious rooms, all the while remembering where he came from and staying true to the streets. Im really saddened to hear that he has passed away.

I was dreading this. It was going to happen with his diagnosis but, it still just sucks.
Some of the most haunting descriptions of life in the inner city came from Mobb Deep. Fantastic group. R.I.P.

Check out this post that I made about him. It's pretty brief, but a little informative.
