I've been having trouble sleeping lately.
I keep looking at my alarm clock, and it takes me an hour to fall asleep. What do I do?

Close your eyes and pretend you're playing bass for a band that you and your friends formed that hit it big and are doing a homecoming show, but you only play cover songs. Works for me.

I used to look at my cable box clock until it turned to 10:30, when I tried to go to sleep, but I recently got it replaced with a TiVo, so now I look at my alarm clock. Since then, I've been having trouble sleeping. Think they're connected?

Ok, during the day try and get some exercise, it will help. also try and keep a set schedule, get up at this time, go to bed at this time, everyday. About 2 hours before you go to bed, don't eat or drink.( And I hate to recommend it but )about a half hour before you go to bed take one or 2 Tylenol PM. Hope it helps. Best of luck to you.

Cover your alarm clock, or get one that lets you turn off the display. Looking at the thing is only going to give you anxiety.

Cover your alarm clock. Looking at the thing is only going to give you anxiety. I tried turning it around so I can't see the time, but I still look at it.
