So when I look back, old school My Little Pony and Care Bears, they had some great villains. They had some terrify villains like Tirac, No Heart, Grogar, Dark Heart, Evil Spirit Book, 80's kids were tough if they didn't get nightmare from these characters. Also though in some good comic relief villains like Beastly, Draggle, Reeka, Shreeky. And Professor Coldheart is in a category by himself, he is so creepy in a don't leave your kids alone with this man way.
Who had the better rouge's gallery, the ponies or the bears.
I don't know which to choose, the best villains of them all are Tirac and No Heart, they are 1 and 1A.

This guy gives you a drink that turns you into a green creature, and not like the Hulk. Tirek's got nothing on this guy.

Being as I'm a parent of a girl who enjoyed both when she was younger, the Care Bears did.

No Care Bears villain I have ever seen, ever came close to the awesomeness that was Tirek and the awesome voice work of Victor Caroli.
