Right, so from little help Google Translate has been, I take it that the issue with the X-ray machine prevented from moving the bags and they had to do it all by hand
Urgh, I just got a job at a call centre for an air travel agency and I just know that if this had happened in one of their airports, we would have received calls all day about this from people asking us what's going on and what to do, and we wouldn't be able to tell them anything because we just book tickets.
