RG3 is way too injury prone to cut it anymore. You can thank the Redskins allowing him to literally play until his knee gave up for that.

Well he had an interview a few weeks ago saying Redskins never believed in him Yea f***ing right. You got big headed because you were cool with the owner and it doomed you. If he had the talent of Cam he would still be in the league because everyone and their mother know Cam is a front runner and a whiner but the dude is talented

To put more in perspective of why teams aren't just jumping on Kaep right now, Bill O Brian entertained the idea of signing him after Watson went down, but weighed the fact that Colin has been out of football for over half a year and isn't really in shape, on top of that he would have to come in, and learn a playbook, and probably wouldn't be able to start anyway. So it's boiling down to a lot more than "Oh we aren't gonna sign him because of the publicity", that could still be a reason, but people are also thinking from a talent and resources standpoint, and fact is Kaep is someone we haven't even seen on a practice field in over a year... And seriously, did people watch Colin's like last year and a half of play? This dude is NOT your savior, seriously he was bad dude. BLAINE GABBERT WAS PLAYING BETTER THAN HIM, BLAINE. EFFING. GABBERT. There was never a point when Blaine Gabbert outplayed Kaep. Never. Gabbert was is and always will be horrific. Kaep did almost well last season, despite having the worst team in recent NFL history around him As for the year before? Yeah, he was that bad. He also had about 37 different nagging injuries that required surgeries because of his wreckless style, and went on IR after Gabbert replaced him.

I mean he said he was going to retire end of season so will see if it's sooner or he joins a team for the championship home stretch and retires after

Yeah, the only reason Gabbert replaced Kaep was because of injury and probably because of heat for the original protests. Gabbert has never, ever outplayed Kaepernick whenever Kaep was healthy. Yeah, his W-L record was putrid, but the 49ers are a terrible team that started falling apart when Jim Harbaugh was chased to Ann Arbor by Baalke. Can't judge a QB solely by wins and losses when that's a team stat. You look at the things he can help like passing yards, TD:Interception ratio, fumbles, and QBR. And in those categories he was pretty decent. Certainly not someone you want as a franchise quarterback for a playoff team, but he's quite a great deal better than a good chunk of the jobbers being paraded out there.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has threatened to sue the National Football League if a contract extension for commissioner Roger Goodell is approved by the league's compensation committee, sources told Outside the Lines.
Will this um... Be successful?

I don't think there's any owner in pro sports I hate more than Jerry Jones. What a hypocritical scumbag.

Yea as I said Kap should be able to compete for a job and still make money in the league as a viable back up. Would I want him on my team, sure why not but he's a one-two year stop gap if anything and then he's off to his next destination

Yea, Jerry Jones have done himself no favors over the last year with those whole Zeke Elliot shit and now this getting leaked out. You are f***ing hypocritical because you don't like that the league is coming down on your player and in your attempt to defend him you try to blow past all the bullshit before like how you hired Greg Hardy

What Jerrah wants, Jerrah usually ends up getting.
Also Kaep had some crazy injury bonus where basicially, if he got hurt he got a lot of money. So iirc, that's why the 49ers decided to shelve him last year

I don't know if I would want Kaepernick on my team (Carolina Panthers). Not because of his protests and stuff, I just never liked the guy (always found him a prick even when he was "good") and I already have a hard enough time tolerating Cam Newton and his idiocy.

Hue Jackson is 1-23 as head coach of the Browns.
Why is he still allowed in the building?

He can actually become the worst head coach of all time if he lasts the year and keeps losing.

I don't disagree he should been gone sooner and there is something to be said about getting rid of a guy to tell a young team everyone is expendable

You notice that whenever a team hires a so-called "quarterback whisperer" as a head coach, the team goes down the shitter?
