Pear Butter is beautiful, kind, a wonderful singer and she and Bright Mac have great chemistry.
But Best Mom? That would require showing actual interaction with her children which we did not have.
So pending a flashback episode with showing her interacting with her children, Windy Whistles is still best mom.
That's probably the book from which AJ read to Bloomberg from way back in Season 1.
