In Dawn of Justice, the opening text "Metropolis: Mankind is introduced to The Superman" and Bruce witnessing the battle with Zod is ominous and really cool. A very well directed intro.

The subtitles are such a subtle thing, but they really add a gravity to the movie, and especially that first subtitle you pointed out.

Neve Campbell and Denise Richards in Wild Things. You know the scene. It's probably the most (in)famous scene but I enjoyed the film as a twisty thriller, and I don't think it's really considered a bad film overall by audience, critics etc.

I really don't think the movie is as bad as a lot of people say it is. Yes, it's not a good movie by any stretch, but as a parody and/or a satirical fanfic of Dumb and Dumber, it really wasn't too bad. Anyway, my pick, even though I don't hate this movie. In fact, I like it, even though a lot of other people don't:

Iron Man 3: All of Ben Kingsley "Mandarin" PSA's The twist on this annoyed me; no spoilers, but it was too comedic for its own good, I thought.

Yeah considering how he embarrassed and intimidated the president point blank on TV. Like that's something not any actor can do no matter how good of an actor he is.

All of John Cena in Trainwreck. LeBron was pretty damn funny in the movie too. I didn't hate Trainwreck and found both he and Cena to be the highlights of the movie.

They could have had the Mandarin escape while Stark and Rhodes fought Extremis, thus no need for the twist. I wonder if the portrayal of the Mandarin was so good, that's why people are upset with the twist ending.

Chinese Film Studios that financed the film that are heavily subsizied by the Government didn't want a Fu-Manchu character. Plus the characters origins is very against the Republic of China and Disney wants that sweet international box office money from China. Same reason why the monk in Doctor Strange went from a Tibetan Male character to a Celtic Woman character.

Ben Kingsley played it SO good and I loved Iron Man 3 and that twist completely killed my enjoyment of it.

Which is all true and well and good, but was changing the ethnicity with Ben Kingsley's portrayal enough in itself? Could they have gotten away with just that change? Now the movie and Marvel could also have embraced that twist, and made it a running thing where we keep encountering different people saying they're the Mandarin, and we never truly know who he is.

Well, the name itself is a Chinese term, so having an Arab dude name himself after a minister of the Qing Dynasty would be a bit off.

See, I'm in the opposite camp that thought the Pre Twist Mandarin was REALLY corny (You'lllllll Neeeevveeerrrr Seeeee Meeeee Cooommmiiinnngggg), and that The Twist was the only thing that redeemed it. Plus, I thought it made an interesting point about manufactured boogey men created to keep the populace scared. Kind of a daring statement to be made in a popular superhero film, I thought.
