HHH goes full Cool Dad (Glasgow show)

So the Glasgow show, the first in the UK tour, has just finished so I thought I’d tell you some small notes of interest etc.
Asuka was the first out, and her music had to loop three or four times before she came out. Maybe she got lost?
Elias played a legit full verse of “Wonderwall” by Oasis, before changing the lyrics to insult us.
Enzo adapted the huge cheer he got, asking “Glasgow, how you doin’..the answer is ‘terrible, because we live in Glasgow.”
In person, Jason Jordan looks like he’s moulded from plastic. He just doesn’t look like a real person.
The bell rang before the Miz could take off his jacket, so he grabbed the mic and yelled at the time keeper, saying now everyone will give him silence as he takes off his coat AND his sunglasses.
Curtis Axel was wearing a huge neck brace.
And so the main event, a six man tag with Bray and the Bar vs Dean, Seth..and HHH. Seth went on the mic first and said he needed someone to fill Roman’s shoes. Dean wanted to fight them 2 on 3 but he wanted to leave Glasgow alive. “So I made a call, a call I never thought I’d ever have to make. These are desperate times and I’ve learned in the past..always have a plan B.”
I made an earlier thread about how I marked out for Cool Dad HHH, and he epitomised that tonight. He came out in black cargo pants, black shoulder pads with those iron crosses on them and a black leather vest with the usual Latin stuff on the back. He went nose to nose with Seth..and then put on the Shield vest.
There were some unexpected comedy moments in the match itself. Bray was mucking around with the crowd, flexing his muscles and grinning, and he even did a “Suck it”’ to HHH.
The ref got so mad at Sheamus and Cesaro at one point he backed Cesaro into a corner, climbed up on the turnbuckle and started yelling in his face.
Bray, Cesaro and Sheamus are outside the ring, Dean and Seth do that little “hop about” before the suicide dive. HHH does the same little hop. All three run the ropes, Dean and Seth dive out onto Sheamus and Cesaro, HHH stops and just kicks Bray in the face.
Match ended with the triple power bomb (HHH even did the Roman bellow), and another stare down before the eventual fist bump.
It was a fun show, but that was a genuinely great moment for me.
