Well, most people are more predicting his release based off the fact that he's separating from his much more famous SO. Long has been the assumption that Otunga's only been kept around because of his connection to Hudson, on the off chance that WWE could use him to lure her into an appearance. Without that carrot, there's....no real incentive to keep him around, because he's mediocre across the board. Doesn't he do legal work for The WWE behind the scenes? Dude is supposedly undefeated in court, worked for Sidley Austin (6th biggest law firm in America), was the laboratory manager for Columbia University, and of course is a Harvard Law Grad. He is an extremely intelligent accomplished man and you don't find good lawyers like that easily and of course he became a professional wrestler. It never amazes me how wrestling fandom caused many intelligent academics to drop everything and become professional wrestlers instead. Shit, they got a legit PhD.(IIRC) in Woods on the roster, Kane ran for Mayor, Becky is a Jack of All Trades and don't Cena has a few degrees in Psychical Science or something? |

I remember reading that Hudson said he wasn't "pulling his weight" in the relationship. Meanwhile, it was reported that he was making about $250K a year with WWE. Now, I know that's probably not a lot compared to what she has or makes, but what kind of f***ed up world or relationship are you in where making $250K a year isn't pulling your weight? Yeah, seriously. Aside from being on WWE programming, he's a Harvard-educated lawyer. In what way can that be viewed as not pulling one's weight? |
