That RSPCA commercial, who would EVER consider that a good idea? They most likely got the idea from this (in)famous magazine cover:

Wow. Michael bay directed that commercial? Then again I'm sure the company responsible for making the commercials didn't give him unlimited freedom to do what he wanted.

Gonna have to wait for YouTube. There's literally no way to send his videos to a Chromecast. Anybody know why it takes so long for him to put his videos on YouTube?

Was that Muppet getting eaten a regular running joke on any of the Muppet shows?
Seems weird to have in a commercial. "I know, let's have that cute little guy who is capable of speech and rational thought, get randomly picked off and eaten by a larger muppet, and none of the other muppets will give a shit to the horror show that just happened."

He doesn't make as much money from Youtube ad revenue, so he delays putting them up there to encourage initial views on his higher revenue upload.

Actually yes. It was an ongoing gag that monster would just eat something whole, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't always the same muppet.

I thought it had something to do with copyrights or a scheduling reason or something.

so uh... did Doug never actually watch the muppets?
The giant monster eating the cute bunny was a long running gag... that one specifically was doing it since Muppets Tonight.

Yeah, you can find all sorts of dark humor in Henson/Muppet related work that has innocent muppets being eaten or killed off. Lest we forget this running gag on Dinosaurs:
