Like the Subject says. Also, who would induct Kevin Dunn? Will it be Vince? Or Jim Cornette lol

Never. Because I don't think it would go over well with anyone but Vince.
He's not a Wrestler. Or anything have to do with it. Just a guy who directs it, aka, makes it faker than it should.
Pass.

When he retires. Hopefully by then they’ll have a “backstage staff” wing by then so people like Dunn, Jim Johnston, Jimmy Miranda and Steve Lombardi can be honoured for their careers.

If Warrior can't get the Miranda award off the ground, there is no hope. Let's not turn another backstage award into a PR award. And if there actually ever was a backstage wing, I'm going with Pat Patterson as the first inductee. He created the Royal Rumble. That's more than enough to go into the Hall of Fame.

Add Bruce Pritchard to that list Oh yeah, there’s plenty of other people who would fit that bill (you could also include Refs as well) and it would mean we wouldn’t get the “Brooklyn Brawler is the new yardstick for worst HoF inductee” comments.

Yeah, Patterson is already an inductee. They've already had people inducted for backstage stuff too as James Dudley was almost entirely inducted due to his backstage work, like being the first African American promoter of a major arena. (I mean he was also a Manager but there aren't too many people that remember that either.)

During his speech the camera should zoom in and out every other word, then cut to a commercial.

His HoF Speech should just have random cuts to the fans followed by a super long shot of Roman looking confused.
