Someone summed it up perfectly; SEGA's biggest rival wasn't Nintendo or Sony, it was SEGA itself. Japan & America couldn't work together and they were always screwing things up.

He could easily do a video on all the mistake that SEGA did with the Saturn and the war between SEGA Of Japan and SEGA Of Amercia. Also one thing he failed to mention in the Saturn Part is that another mistake for the Saturn was it didn't have a actually Sonic game for the system. The N64 had Mario 64 and the PS1 had Crash and Sypro but The Saturn only had a crappy Sonic racing game, a collection of the main Genesis games and a port of 3D Blast. Kind of hard to sell a system when your main franchise doesn't have an new game on it.

Don't know if it is in the video but when they pulled all support of the Genesis they could have kept it on longer

I used to have the Sega Genesis and it was one of the best consoles of all time, too bad they couldn't continue their success after it.

I don't know about anyone else, but when Sega left the console business a big part of my passion for gaming went with it.
