Anyone else a fan of the first two games? I used to love putting in the cheat codes and messing around. Of course I never did beat any of the games since I always got lost in them

Never been a fan of FPS but I really loved the first game, it was tons of fun.
I remember part 2 being just ok but not as good as the first game

Only played two of them ever; the original Turok and Rage Wars. I thought Rage Wars was alright, although sortof weird to have an arena shooter on the N64 (but I guess Goldeneye and Perfect Dark's "main events" were the multiplayer). I thought neither game were near as good as the Rare duo of FPSes but they were alright for what they were.

Those three were the perfect Party FPS games to play
Another one always was Army Man Sage Heroes

I think the weapons were a big part of the fun of Turok. Start off with a bow and arrow, end up with a mini nuke. And who could forget the Cerebral Bore?

I loved them but had alot of issues with the controls at first coming from Goldeneye and these controls being like the complete opposite

The first one was good but the second was even better, even if did suffer some crippling slow-down in places. I loved the control system and adopted it when I played Goldeneye.

I think the PC version of the first game is still on GOG.
EDIT : It is, and so is the second one.

I never owned the first game as I borrowed it off a friend when I first got my N64 and finished it, I bought "seeds of evil" when it came out and enjoyed the hell of it.
3 I can't remember

They are great, i prefer the first game over the second as the level design got too labyrinthine for its own good in the sequel but they are definitely worth playing. And yes you can get remastered versions of both on GoG and steam and the remasters are terrific.
