The TLML Adventures Part 102

Continuing from the last part, Lemon Hearts was ready to welcome her friends to Ponyville. Unfortunately, they quickly notified her that there was something they had to take care of in Canterlot first before bringing the water in.
Her curiousity getting the better of her, Lemon Hearts decided to go to Canterlot to see her friends as soon as possible.



Taking the high speed train to Canterlot, she managed to meet up with Minuette and Twinkleshine at one of the market places in Canterlot:





Going to Moondancer's home who took care of the water, they soon found a terrible sight. All of the water bottles got destroyed with a distraught Moondancer besides them. In tears, she mentioned that she tripped over one of her books while carrying the bottles causing them all to break. Wading through the puddles of water, they comforted Moondancer and told her that it was no big deal. After helping her cleaning up and magically drying her soiled books, Minuette decided to stay in Canterlot while Twinkleshine wanted to go with Lemon Hearts to Ponyville to give Lyra a report about their trip to Abyssinia.

On their way to the train station, they caught sight of Twilight's Friendship Journal being sold by a local bookseller and they decided to buy and read it on their way back to Ponyville. During the read on the ride home, they began to feel strangely about some parts of the book which only continued upon their arrival and checking into their friend Lyra's house. While they planned that evening to talk about the trip to Abyssinia, Lyra noticed that they seemed to have a glow in their eyes and only wanted to talk about things wrong with Twilight's friendship journal. Hoping that a good night's rest will ease their edge, they decided to call it an early night.

The next day, Lyra woke up to find out both of them were out and about. Where could they be...?



Later that day, accompanying Bon Bon who wore a new stetson hat that she bought from Carousel Boutique, they all noticed a big commotion outside Princess Twilight's castle:













Finally, Bon Bon and Lyra managed to get Lemon Hearts and Twinkleshine away from the crowd and to their home.
After not getting through to them, Bon Bon noticed their eyes and remembered a similar incident happening with the Mane Six not too long ago.
Lyra immediately rushed over to Twilight, explained the situation and luckily, Twilight still had a bit of antidote left that Zecora left with her in case that there was a relapse.
Applying the ointment to them, Lemon Hearts and Twinkleshine quickly recovered and were mortified about how they behaved.
They will go right to Rarity to apologize to her...after taking the cure to Canterlot to hopefully treat Minuette and Moondancer before it's too late!
