Actually, Cheex was in the audience, so it looked like there were 20 more people in the crowd than there were.

There was a local indy fed here, NYWC (I think) a few years back they ran a supershow at the yearly strawberry festival here, I remember the announcer making a big deal about how the attendance was 1,187, He could have been exaggerating but I didn't think so then or now because of how oddly specific the number was. Without going into boring detail, The main event ended with an overly tanned Brutus The Barber cutting a heels hair, This show also included poet legend Heidenreich. "#2 promotion" in the world folks Ed: Yeah, but those strawberry festivals are big draws, everyone knows that!

It's time to take Impact on the road, brothers. Broken Matt Hardy was right, they truly raped and pillaged the company. After Dixie they are the most responsible for the company degrading into what it is today. Dixie Carter chose the people who are on the cover of The death of WCW to run her company. Bischoff, Hogan, Russo, there was no other outcome.

TNA wishes they could afford that production value. Nah they're more like when Krusty taped the show from the abandoned shed. I can't wait to meet their new main eventers, Prof. Gas Can and former president Ike Eisenhower Prime Minister John Diefenbaker.

Is it possible for the ratings to go so low that Pop cancels what's effectively paid programming?

wrestling fans are seen as poor by ad buyers, reruns of sitcoms/ dramas would get more revenue than a show with ratings this bad

TNA at one point was the number two promotion in the world.
Now they are behind New Japan, ROH, PWG, Lucha Underground, CZW, Evolve, Bob's Backyard Brawls.
Let's get something straight fam, once companies stop being profitable they close, happened to WCW and ECW, but TNA has never really been profitable, but somehow they're still lingering around.
They just drew the same ratings infomercials do, but they're still around.
Their eternal downfall and weekly embarrassments are one of the most interesting sagas in wrestling. I f*** you not things will get worse in 2018, I bet D'Amore and Callis get fired in February.

At this point, why does Pop give them airtime? Most digital stations that just syndicate stuff get much better viewership ratings. Like, if I had a digital network & I, say, ran an episode of Mama's Family, I'd likely get 150-200K viewers. And it'd likely just cost $150 per episode. Yes, I know Anthem is paying for this, but the diminished returns are alarming. At this rate, we may as well bring back the Deathwatch Thread once Lashley leaves & the main event is Mundo vs. De Patron for all of 2018. Pop TV gets half of their ad revenue, but half of zero is still zero. I don't know anymore man, I can't see any possible way that Pop sees money out of TNA, I think tna is the lowest of their priorities, f*** they ran that 70's show commercials on loop instead of Impact and nobody complained. I don't know how long they have on their deal with Pop but I don't believe tna gets renewed there. They where renewed for another year a few months ago, they have until I think next Summer.

I've wondering how many weeks in a row this thread will stay "current"... because I don't see them gaining viewers any time soon
