What's your opinion on personalized name graphics?

I believe Undertaker was first and they've done it for Wyatt for quite some time. Rusev had it a while, and more recently Elias and Bludgeon Brothers.
I personally don't like them. I'd prefer the standard show graphics.

It should be reserved for extremely special wrestlers. Undertaker deserves it, but not very many others. Maybe Cena could get one too.

If it adds anything to them then fine. The fireflies forming “Bray Wyatt” adds a little something extra to his already impressive entrance. Undertaker is another one for whom it adds something to (not that he really needs it). Maybe Kane would benefit from it (if his career wasn’t winding up) but I can’t think of too many more.

In a world where so few people have real characters and nothing comes across f***ing ever, better to break away from standard and embrace that pro wrestling isn't a "normal sport". A sportslike presentation is good if you're going to bother to do it, but they don't, so let people have something. I can promise you that even the thought process behind "How do I make this character-specific thing interesting for this person?" is a great way to build on characters because you actually have to nail down traits and themes to work with. Not enough of that in the writer's room I think.

I like them. It's little things like that I think go a long way in presentation. It's a nice touch.

I was all set to reply with wanting everyone to have the same graphic, but mysterious characters, supernatural ones like this, that definitely works.

Anyone that watched Headbanger's Ball in the 90's on MTV knows that the "Bray Wyatt" font was lifted from there.

I'd like to see match graphics interstitials DURING the match, while our heels and faces alike are on the offensive, or while selling.
They could cite height, weight, number of years tenure, accompishments...

Yeah, I kinda like these more than the special ones like Bray's.

Not entirely against the other way but then you get things like people with special entrance plates vs. people with normal ones and it makes it comes off as "this person is more important than the other one"

Only thing I don't like about the modern nameplates is that weird re-load thing it does when a champion enters.

Like, we see the nameplate for a split second, then it flashes and pops back up with the belt on it. First couple times I thought someone hit the wrong nameplate and made a split-second button press.

Now, considering how briefly they're on screen, why not have them have the belt/champion designation the whole time?
