Jerry Van Dyke's death got to me thinking of brothers setting the stage for their younger brother and how we just accept the older brother is better. We just accept Dick Van Dyke is just better than Jerry Van Dyke. Though one can make a case in his later years Jerry did funnier stuff than his brother ever did.
But that is not who I want to talk about, I want to talk about the Lawrence brothers, Joey and Matthew. Joey we all know was the 90's idol from his role on Blossom. His brother Matthew we all know from Boy Meets World.
Just like Jerry Van Dyke, am I the only one who thought Matthew is a little under rated,his role on Boy Meets World is very good. Maybe it is the bias Boy Meets World fan me, but did Joey ever really do any good dramatic acting like Matthew got to do on Boy Meets World. Any of his sitcoms he has been on as good as Boy Meets World. I mean Blossom, Joey and Melissa, I don't know if I put them in Boy Meets World, though I remember Blossom being pretty good, but Joey's character was stricly comic relief, didn't get to know anything dramtic lik his brother did on Boy Meets World.
