What would you say is the biggest non big 4 ppv first time world title win? Obviously after the big 4 ppvs started taking effect. I would say Eddie Guerrero’s win at No Way Out 04 takes the cake. Even though bigger stars have won before and after, this one feels like it’s the most special

Arguments can be made for Punk at MITB 2011, he had been WHC but not WWE champion. There's also Undertaker at Tuesday In Texas and let's not forget Diesel winning the world title at an untelevised house show.

Rob Van Dam winning the WWE title at the ONS PPV in 2006 was pretty big.

Jeff Hardy finally winning the big one at Armageddon 2008.
Also, Edge codifying the MitB cash in, and running over a bloody Cena for his first WWE title at New Year's Revolution, a moment WWE attempts to recreate or modify at least twice a year.

If you’re not counting just PPVs than nothing is bigger than Hogan’s first title win at MSG.

Bret Hart's first WWF title win was at an untelevised event.
Mankind and Triple H both won theirs on Raw.
Kane won his first and only WWF title at King of the Ring.

Jeff Hardy finally winning the big one at Armageddon 2008. First one I thought of. I still have no idea why they didn't save it for Mania 25. It would have been a genuine "Wrestlemania Moment"

It would have been a genuine "Wrestlemania Moment" At the time, Cena vs Hardy would have been a huge money match and I thought the biggest main event they could have done. Kind of stupid they never went that route in favor of shit we’ve seen before in Cena/Edge/Big Show and HHH/Orton
